- Exposed to other substances in the bottle; that is, always dispense the desired amount into the cap, onto your finger or cottonball, etc. Never touch the solution with your finger, your mouth, a cottonball, etc., as the tiniest amount of oil or particulate entering the solution in the bottle will cause a collapse, causing a different conformation of the gold particles. - Frozen or exposed to near-freezing temperatures for a prolonged period, which might occur during shipping. Please SHAKE VIGOROUSLY upon your receiving your supply. In freezing climates, DO NOT ALLOW YOUR PACKAGE TO SIT IN YOUR MAILBOX. If frozen, our beautiful formulation will collapse, and the gold particles will amass into dark-purple clumps (PURE GOLD) in a near-clear solution. See photos. If DARK-PURPLE clumps appear in our Beautiful Formulation, our Ultraconcentrated Formulation had been compromised in some way:
You MUST be careful not to allow particulates or oils to enter the bottle, by your fingers, mouth, tissues, etc., or allow abrupt or extreme changes in temperature, etc. The deep-purple clumps that occur if the aforementioned happens IS PURE GOLD! Spread a bit on a white surface and a pink-red-violet color will appear: Small-Particle PURE GOLD! See photos.
DO NOT STRAIN! Straining these dark-purple "clumps" of PURE GOLD will remove PURE GOLD from our Ultraconcentrated Formulation, diluting it!
Shake vigorously in order to break up these larger particles of PURE GOLD and redistribute them within our Ultraconcentrated Formulation. Although not back to the original red-violet conformation, the particles will still be small enough to be bioavailable, as they are still Small-Particle PURE GOLD.
Most times, this type of trauma to our Ultraconcentrated Formulation had happened during transit, in cargo areas of planes, for example, having been exposed to extreme temperature changes. CONTACT US FIRST OF ANY SUCH PROBLEM, and we will work toward resolving the issue. Negative customer service feedback or product review regarding this issue IS INAPPROPRIATE.
