0.4 mL / 362 mg of Peppermint Oil (Mentha piperita),
0.04 mL / 35.2 mg of Ginger Oil (Zingiber officinale), and
0.04 mL / 38.6 mg of Fennel Oil (Foeniculum vulgare)

Suggested Usage: Take 1-2 softgels 1 to 3 times daily, 30 minutes before meals.

Instrucciones
