- DIRECTIONS FOR USE - You can apply to back, neck, feet, legs / knees, shoulders, arms, and hands. It is not advised to apply to sensitive areas like face or genitals. Apply 1-4 times per day to your targeted area(s). Start with approximately a dime-size amount of cream or smaller, and increase application amount as needed. Be patient, as the heating sensation can be delayed. The effectiveness of Celadrin and capsaicin both improve with use over time. WASH HANDS AFTER APPLICATION.
- HEAT INCOMING - Capsaicin can cause a very intense burning sensation in the area of application. Which is why we turned our formula down from 0.1% to 0.05% capsaicin. It's ok! This is normal, and it will subside. If the heat begins to be too much for you, simply wash the area of application with cool water and leave it exposed to cool air until the burning has subsided.
