Directions
Shake the container and add 1 scoop of Internal Sweep powder into a 8-10 ounces of water - mix quickly and drink it right away. Scoop included. During the first 20 days, start with as little as 1/4 of a scoop and gradually increase it to 1 scoop over 20 days. Continue using 1 full scoop for the remainder of the cleanse.
