Amla, or Indian gooseberry is a deciduous tree reaching a height of 5-8 m. This tree has one interesting feature: not only leaves, but branches as well, fall during leaf fall. Amla fruits are round, small berries with a smooth, transparent, greenish-yellow hue. Amla berries resemble the fruits of gooseberry in appearance.

Directions
Shake well before use. 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents.
