However if your body detoxes too quickly at one time it can overload your detox pathways! It’s imperative to lower the amount you are taking for a few days and work your way up slowly to the full dose “LOW & SLOW” — capsules can be opened and mixed into liquid if needed. TIP: We recommend utilizing “split-dosing” when taking the Methyl Multi: take 1-2 capsules twice daily (i.e. 1-2 in AM and 1-2 in PM) with or without food. PLEASE NOTE: Our purity, potency & zero-filler policy means natural variations will occur. Which means the contents inside the capsule will vary in both density and color. You may also see small or large colored specks, these are completely normal and due to natural reactions between the different raw materials; Copper and Iodine as one example.
