- Bitter Melon - Karela (Momordica Charantia) (African Cucumber) Whole Fruit, 60 Vege Capsules, 800 Mg Each. Extract Ratio (10:1) (Concentrated). Standardized extract to Bitters 10% per 400 mg plus 300 mg regular extract (10:1) (full spectrum) Extract is dried with the powder of same herb 100mg. instead of maltodextrin, rice powder, corn powder, Talcum powder or any other foreign material which has no nutritional value.
