Instrucciones

Dosing for First-Time Users - Take 2 caplets of Lipo-Flavonoid Plus in the morning, 2 caplets midday, & 2 caplets at night (6 caplets total each day) for at least 60 days. Then switch to maintenance usage. Dosing for Maintenance Users - Take 1 caplet of Lipo-Flavonoid Plus in the morning, 1 caplet midday, & 1 caplet at night (3 caplets total each day) every day. If supplements upset your stomach it may help to take Lipo-Flavonoid with food.
