Refunds and Returns Policy

Thank you for purchasing in nutricity.ar.

Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with each purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Since we sell nutritional supplements and health products, consumer safety is our top priority.

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we only accept returns under certain conditions.

We accept returns if:

  • Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The product is closed, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within the 30 days Subsequent to delivery

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Open or used supplements
  • Products without original packaging or purchase receipt
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” o “No Returns”

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send an email support@nutricity.ar
  2. Include your order number
  3. Specify the reason for the return
  4. Attach product photos if applicable

Our team will review your request and, if approved, will send you instructions.

Once the product has been received and verified, we will process the refund or replacement.

Important:

  • The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility, unless it’s our error.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within the 48 hours Subsequent to delivery
  • We can request images for verification

After review, we will send a replacement or a refund.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before shipment.
  • Once shipped, they cannot be cancelled
