Order Cancellation Policy

In Nutricity, we work to process and ship orders quickly and ensure on-time deliveries. Below, we detail our cancellation policy.

⏳ Cancellation Deadline

Orders can be cancelled within the 24 hours Subsequent to the purchase.

To request a cancellation:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team within that period
  • Use the contact information indicated below

If the request is received within 24 hours and before shipment, a full refund to the original payment method.

📦 Cancellations after 24 hours

After 24 hours:

  • Orders are usually already processed or ready to be shipped
  • Cancellation may not be possible

In these cases, you can:

  • Reject delivery when the package arrives

Once the product is returned in its original condition, a refund will be processed. just by the product valueexcluding shipping costs.

ℹ️ Important Information

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are not reembolsable in cancellations outside the deadline or rejected deliveries
  • If the product is not returned in its original condition, a restocking fee may be applied.
