Thank you for purchasing at Nutricity Argentina. We are committed to delivering your orders promptly and reliably.

Order Processing (Handling Time)

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details.

Shipping Time (Transit Time)

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

The estimated transit time is 4 to 20 business days.

Note:

  • Estimated delivery times for your location will be displayed during the checkout process.
  • Delays may occur due to customs processes, issues with the carrier, or periods of high demand.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all of Argentina and to selected international destinations. Availability and delivery times are shown upon completing the purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to monitor the shipment in real time.

Customs, Taxes and Tariffs

All prices on nutricity.ar include applicable taxes and tariffs when applicable. In most cases, you will not have to pay additional fees at the time of delivery.

Damaged, Lost or Incomplete Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incomplete, we are here to help:

  • Damaged items: Contact us within 48 hours after delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Lost packages: If the tracking doesn't show updates or the order isn't delivered within the estimated time, contact our support team.
  • Missing items: Report any missing items within 48 hours of receiving the order.

After verification, we will offer a replacement or redirect without additional cost.

Incorrect Address Notice

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided:

  • It may not be possible to guarantee delivery or replacement.
  • If the order has already been shipped, Shipping costs are not refundable.
