For the Flents Ear Plugs: 1. Roll down the ear plug gently between thumb and forefinger to compress it. 2. Reach over and pull up on the outer ear to straighten the ear canal. 3. Insert the ear plug well into the ear canal and hold in place for a moment to allow it to expand. For the Dramamine Motion Sickness Relief: 1. Take 1 to 2 tablets by mouth, with or without food, 30 minutes to 1 hour before motion activity. 2. For adults and children 12 years and over: do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. 3. For children under 12 years of consultation with a doctor.
