Directions
Mix in a shaker 1 serving (30 g = 1 level measuring spoon) of product with 300-350 ml of water. On training days, consume 1 serving directly in 45 minutes after training and 1 serving between meals. On training-free days, consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
