1. Soak the non-woven fabric in water for 3-5 minutes. 2. Let it rest for 1-2 minutes before freezing, and dry off the water on the plastic side. 3. Freeze it for 6-10 hours, or longer if using with bubble chambers. 4. Use it for transporting food, seafood, perishables, fresh beer, or beverages. 5. Keep it away from children under 3 years old. 6. Do not heat in a microwave or hot water. 7. Stop using immediately if torn or leaking. 8. Keep in a dry area or unsealed bags if not in use. 9. Avoid beating or puncturing it heavily.
